Rehabilitation Therapist Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate rehabilitation therapist to join our team. As a key member, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our patients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing patient needs, designing individualized treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based physiotherapy interventions.

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and create tailored treatment plans.
• Deliver manual therapy, exercise therapy, and electrotherapy as needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, posture, and preventive measures.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for holistic patient care.
• Participate in clinical discussions, training programs, and continuous learning initiatives.

• Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy (BPT / MPT).
• Experience: 0–3 years (freshers with strong clinical knowledge are welcome).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Empathy, patient-centric approach, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
