Energy Storage Systems Architect

We are seeking an experienced Energy Storage Systems Architect to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in designing and developing innovative energy storage systems.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and extensive experience in developing Building Management System (BMS) hardware systems for energy storage applications. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality modules/systems on time, while working closely with cross-functional teams to provide solutions to complex use cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop BMS HW systems for BESS domain
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for Li-ion batteries
- Develop Analog Front End circuit designs for Li-ion batteries
- Use simulation tools like P-Spice, Matlab, Mathcad
- Apply FMEA and Root Cause Analysis techniques
- Work with various sensing technologies and hardware peripherals
- Design power supply systems and MOSFET driving circuits
Qualifications:
- BE/BTech/MTech in Electrical Engineering (EEE)
- 12-14 years of experience in developing BMS systems
Required Skills:
- BMS development for energy storage/ESS
- Power Electronics concepts for BMS
- Digital and Analog circuit design
- ADC, DACs, OP Amps, Micro-processors, Micro-controllers & DSPs
- Regulatory requirements for Li-ion batteries
- PCB layout constraints
- Analog Front End circuit design for Li-ion batteries
- Simulation tools like P-Spice, Matlab, Mathcad
- FMEA and Root Cause Analysis
- Various sensing technologies and hardware peripherals
- Power Supply Design
- MOSFET driving circuits
