Job Title: Building Information Modeller
">We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented building modeler with a minimum of 5 years of experience in 3D modeling and drafting using AutoCAD and Revit.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and coordinating building models for infrastructure, industrial, or commercial projects, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with project standards and codes.
">- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed 3D BIM models for buildings using Revit and AutoCAD.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design intent is captured in the models.
- Prepare construction documentation, including plans, sections, elevations, and details.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in modeling buildings or related structures.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit, MEP and Architecture.
- Strong understanding of utility systems, mechanical rooms, electrical rooms, HVAC, plumbing, etc.
- Familiar with BIM coordination and Navisworks, preferred.
- Knowledge of construction methods and materials.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
