We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling and resolving customer complaints related to real estate projects.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as conflict resolution and negotiation abilities. You should also have a customer-centric mindset and familiarity with real estate processes and documentation.

A key responsibility of this role is to maintain accurate records of grievances and follow-up actions, ensuring all customer concerns are addressed as per company policy and RERA guidelines.

You will also coordinate with internal departments such as sales, legal, CRM, and projects for timely resolution of issues. Additionally, you will provide regular updates to customers on the status of their issues and analyze recurring issues to recommend process improvements.
