Head of Strategic Partnerships

This is a highly sought-after role that entails spearheading the development and execution of strategic partnerships to drive growth, innovation, and competitive advantage. The ideal candidate will spearhead the development and execution of strategic partnerships that drive business expansion, market penetration, and revenue growth.

Alliances & Relationship Management
  • Define and drive alliance strategy, including partner tiering, prioritization, and joint go-to-market initiatives to maximize partner-driven revenue.
  • Build repeatable processes and scaled engagement models.
  • Own executive-level relationships with priority partners, ensuring strategic alignment and high-impact collaboration.
  • Coordinate participation in key industry events to strengthen partner collaboration.
Cross-Functional Alignment & Execution
  • Align with alliance managers, sales, and business unit heads to drive net new revenue and client pursuits.
  • Strengthen partner-led thought leadership and co-sell motions.
Performance Oversight & Team Leadership
  • Establish, manage, and mentor the alliance management team by providing strategic and tactical guidance on managing collaborations.
  • Keep track of partner performance, define and track key success metrics, and steer alliance managers to maximize outcomes.
  • Oversee governance of the alliance relationship, resolve conflicts, and manage risks.

To be successful in this position, you will need at least 10-15 years of experience in strategic alliances and/or business development, a proven track record of expanding partner-led new business portfolio, and a history of driving strategic partnerships.
