Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Expert to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and resolve complex technical issues requiring expert knowledge
  • Provide technical and functional expertise to customers throughout various life cycle stages
  • Lead triage activities with customer and internal stakeholders
  • Support billing operations and manage infranet pipeline
  • Collaborate with development, bill ops, and customer teams to resolve issues
  • Establish resolution action plans and assist customers in test and implementation
  • Work with customers and internal stakeholders to establish service delivery plans
  • Escalation management and interface with customers and internal stakeholders to manage escalations
  • Research product technical areas and conduct knowledge transfer sessions
  • Manage SR queues and work with team members to jointly resolve issues
  • Perform assessments of functional, business process, technical, configuration, and performance areas
  • Contribute to after-hours support and execute or provide standby assistance for maintenance window interventions

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Engineering or science graduate with strong academic credentials
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience on Oracle BRM and BI Publisher
  • Knowledge of Oracle's BRM 7.5 with PDC ECE
  • End-to-end revenue management system for communications and media service providers
  • Experience in implementing online mediation solutions using Elastic Charging Engine
  • Strong developer knowledge of XML, Java/J2EE, JavaScript, BI Publisher, Oracle Middleware, and Database Technologies
  • Implementation experience on BRM upgrade
  • Experience in architecting and developing BRM solution for telecom clients
  • Familiarity with compilers, PL/SQL, SCM, client tools, BRM/PDC/ECE patch upgrade/install experience, and debugging skills
  • Expertise in integrating BRM with other applications - real time, batch, and custom integration
  • Ability to provide expert assistance based on BRM best practices
