We are seeking a visionary Data Architect to spearhead our Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) initiatives. As the lead data scientist, you will be responsible for developing cutting-edge ML and DL models, driving innovation in Classical ML, Conversational AI, and Deep Learning Systems.

This role requires a seasoned professional with 5+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and AI-driven applications. You should possess expertise in GPT, BERT, T5, Hugging Face Transformers, NLTK, and SpaCy.

You will work on defining and driving the AI/ML strategy aligned with business objectives, establishing best practices for data pipelines, feature engineering, model deployment, and AI governance.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills to convey complex AI concepts to business stakeholders.

You will oversee end-to-end model lifecycle, from data collection and preprocessing to model deployment and monitoring. Additionally, you will implement MLOps best practices to streamline model retraining, CI/CD for ML pipelines, and productionization.
