Job Description:

As a visionary leader in AI research, you will spearhead initiatives that drive innovation and push the boundaries of artificial intelligence. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing and publishing groundbreaking research papers that resonate with tech-savvy audiences and industry stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include experimenting with novel AI technologies, democratizing access to cutting-edge AI solutions for large data science communities, and overseeing the development and deployment of AI systems.

You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder expectations, and delivering large-scale AI/ML projects on time and within budget.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Leadership: Proven track record of effective team management, stakeholder engagement, and program delivery.
  • Program Management: Strong proficiency in designing, developing, maintaining, and supporting AI systems, with expertise in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
  • Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of AI/ML technologies, including Generative AI, Agent frameworks, Semantic Search, OCR, and Intelligent Automation.
  • AI/ML Delivery: Demonstrated experience in AI model development, deployment, and optimization using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
  • Data Science & Analytics: Expertise in statistical analysis, machine learning algorithms, and model validation.
  • Tools & Platforms: Proficiency in Python for AI/ML, DevOps tools, AI frameworks, and data management (SQL/NoSQL/GraphDB).
