Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled PMS Professional to join our organization.

The ideal candidate will have experience in analyzing data and preparing documentation, as well as conducting training sessions. Strong organizational skills, project management expertise, and excellent typing and analyzing abilities are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze PMS data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare high-quality documentation and reports to support business decisions.
  • Conduct comprehensive training sessions for internal and external users on PMS systems.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify gaps in user requirements and provide input for future development.
Ship Visit and Other Responsibilities:
  • Visit vessels for implementation, issue fixing, and training purposes.
  • Assist vessels in data collection and update of PMS data onboard.
  • Train shipboard personnel on the use of PMS systems.
  • Provide technical support to vessels and remote offices.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in a shipping management company.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
