Job Description:
We are seeking a Digital Product Strategy Leader to drive the successful implementation and adoption of our Commotion platform for enterprise clients. This client-facing role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and strong communication skills to understand each customer's architecture and processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Requirement Analysis: Engage with enterprise customers to deeply understand their requirements, current architecture, and business processes. Translate client needs into solution plans leveraging Commotion's capabilities.
- Platform Deployment: Lead the deployment and integration of the Commotion platform with the customer's tech stack, working closely with their IT and marketing teams.
- Project Execution: Own the end-to-end project delivery for bringing each customer live on the platform. Develop project plans, manage timelines, and coordinate cross-functional efforts (customer teams, Commotion engineering, etc.) to meet go-live targets.
- Customer Enablement & Support: Provide ongoing guidance and support to enterprise users post-implementation. Conduct training sessions, periodic check-ins, and Q&A to drive proper platform usage.
