We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Financial Transactions Manager.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in Transaction Services, Financial Due Diligence, or Audit/Accounting firms
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; IFRS knowledge preferred
  • Able to effectively manage multiple assignments and tight deadlines while maintaining excellent client communication
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience in leading financial due diligence engagements and preparing high-quality reports

This role involves working on complex transactions such as acquisitions, mergers, and buyouts. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading financial due diligence engagements and identifying key transaction issues
  • Preparing high-quality TS reports and reviewing sections compiled by junior team members
  • Managing smaller assignments independently or assisting on larger ones under Partner supervision
  • Building credibility with clients and representing Transaction Services in deal discussions
