Job Title: Cash Management Specialist

This role is ideal for an experienced professional with a background in treasury and banking.

We are looking for a skilled individual who can manage our short-term liquidity, ensuring accurate and timely cash management. The successful candidate will be responsible for daily cash management tasks, including monitoring cash balances, bank reporting, and maintaining treasury dashboards.

The successful candidate will have 7+ years of experience in Treasury and Banking activities, with a strong understanding of financial and cash management principles. They will also possess advanced computer software skills, particularly with Excel and Google Sheets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cash Management: Monitor cash balances, perform daily cash management tasks, and maintain treasury dashboards.
  • Cash Flow Forecasting: Prepare detailed cash flow forecasts and conduct variance analysis between projected and actual cash flow statements.
  • Liquidity Management: Monitor and manage the organization's bank relationships and overall liquidity.
  • Debt Schedule: Oversee and manage the organization's debt schedule, ensuring all obligations are met on time.
  • Bank Reconciliations: Perform bank reconciliations and maintain account records.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Treasury Experience: Proven experience in managing a treasury or cash management function.
  • Financial Principles: Proficiency in financial and cash management principles.
  • Communication: Strong verbal, written, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer Software: Advanced computer software skills, particularly with Excel and Google Sheets.
