  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Audit financial statements of companies to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Filing income tax returns on behalf of individuals and businesses to maintain legal compliance.
  • Prepare balance sheets and profit/loss accounts to provide financial insights.
  • Ensure financial compliance with laws and regulatory standards to minimize risk.
  • Provide financial advisory services to clients to help them make informed decisions.
  • Evaluate accounting systems and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Conduct forensic accounting investigations to identify and address any financial discrepancies.
  • Analyze financial reports to recommend strategies to enhance profitability and growth.
  • Prepare business performance reports for management to inform decision-making.
  • Review budgets, payroll, investments, and other finances to optimize resource allocation.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a head of operations or in a similar role.
  • Solid knowledge of data analytics to drive business insights.
  • Strong mathematical literacy to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership qualities to manage teams effectively.
  • Strategic thinking to develop and implement financial plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with colleagues and clients.
  • Chartered Accountant certification is required.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team to achieve shared goals.
  • Proficient in accounting software and MS Office to streamline financial processes.
