We are seeking a seasoned Ad Operations Specialist to oversee the technical and logistical aspects of digital advertising campaigns. This individual will ensure seamless campaign execution, from setup and trafficking to optimization and reporting, across various platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Setup & Trafficking: Implement and manage digital ad campaigns across multiple platforms and traffic ad creatives.">
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure accurate implementation of ads, tags, creative assets, and tracking pixels.">
  • Monitoring & Optimization: Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and proactively optimize for delivery and key performance indicators (KPIs).">
  • Reporting & Analysis: Generate and monitor campaign metrics to ensure optimal performance and identify areas of improvement.">
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues related to campaign delivery, ad tags, and tracking discrepancies.">
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign operations.">
  • Inventory Management: Monitor ad inventory and suggest improvements to maximize fill rates and revenue.">

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.">
  • 3-5 years of experience in ad operations or digital campaign management.">
  • Sound knowledge of Admob or Ironsource ad serving platforms.">
  • Basic understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and third-party ad tags.">
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.">
  • Proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas, macros, and data visualization tools.">
