Key Data Migration Developer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Migration Developer to lead and execute data migration activities for core banking system implementations.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in ETL processes, data mapping, and migration techniques, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth transition throughout the project lifecycle.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end data migration efforts for core banking implementations.
  • Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from source systems into target structures.
  • Design and implement robust data migration strategies, including mapping, validation, and reconciliation.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to define and meet data requirements.
  • Conduct data analysis, profiling, and cleansing to ensure high-quality and reliable migration outcomes.
  • Document migration processes, including ETL procedures, mapping documents, and reporting.
  • Provide knowledge transfer, training, and support to team members on best practices.
  • Participate in post-migration reviews, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
