We are seeking a highly skilled Fintech Pre-Sales Expert to join our team at Network People Services Technologies Ltd. (NPST- Banking and Payment Solutions).
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a strong background in Fintech, payments, and technical sales to collaborate closely with our sales team to identify client needs and business objectives.
About NPST:As a leading fintech company, we bridge the banking and fintech worlds with our product suite of technology and payments. We provide software and digital payment solutions to the BFSI industry as a Technology Service Provider (TSP) and a Third-Party Aggregator Provider (TPAP), catering to stakeholders across the financial value chain, including banks, merchant aggregators, merchants, and consumers.
Responsibilities:Gain a thorough understanding of NPST's product portfolio, features, benefits, and applications.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify client needs, pain points, and business objectives.
Prepare and deliver product demonstrations and presentations tailored to the client's requirements.
Provide technical expertise and support during the pre-sales process, addressing client queries and concerns.
Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand the client's business processes and recommend appropriate solutions.
Assist in the development of proposals, Tenders, RFP responses, and other sales-related documentation.
Gather and relay client feedback to the product and development teams for continuous improvement.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor products, and market demands to provide insights for product enhancement.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a pre-sales, technical sales, or solution architect role, preferably within the Fintech/Payments industry.
Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of payment products like UPI, BBPS, IMPS, and Merchant Acquiring platforms.
Influencing skills and the ability to create positive working relationships with team members at all levels.
A collaborative approach and the ability to work with perfection as a group effort to achieve organizational goals.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
The willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Entrepreneurial skills, the ability to observe, innovate, and own your work.
Detail-oriented and organized with strong time management skills.
