Responsibilities:
  • Technical Strategy & Vision: Develop and execute a technical strategy that aligns with business objectives and enhances scalability.
  • Product Development Leadership: Lead the design and development of AI-driven products or software products, ensuring high-quality on-time delivery.
  • Team Building & Management: Recruit, mentor, and manage a talented technical team, fostering innovation and excellence.
  • Tech Stack & Infrastructure: Hands-on build and optimize a robust tech stack to support growth and product needs.
  • Innovation & Research: Drive technological innovation by staying at the forefront of AI advancements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with operations, product, and sales teams to ensure seamless technology integration across departments.
  • Performance Metrics & Reporting: Implement systems for tracking technical performance, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring efficiency standards.
  • Risk Management & Security: Ensure compliance with industry standards, data protection regulations, and security best practices.
Requirements

A visionary leader with expertise in AI, machine learning, NLP, and related technologies. Proven experience in developing and scaling AI-driven products and technologies.
