Learning and Development Opportunities

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our network of Learning and Development specialists. These independent consultants and boutique firms will support the delivery of inclusive, data-driven digital learning programs.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver impactful learning experiences and training events.
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts across time zones and languages.
  • Develop scalable templates, toolkits, and processes to enhance content, technology, and operations.
  • Evaluate and improve accessibility, quality, and evidence-based practices.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Learning and Development (enterprise/consulting/boutique firm).
  • Strong portfolio or case studies showcasing expertise in various L&D functions.
  • Proven ability to collaborate remotely, communicate effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Bonus: multilingual delivery, regulated sectors, or large-scale rollouts.

Engagement and Compensation:

Contractor/SOW arrangement, with rates dependent on role, seniority, and geography.
