Job Title: Planning and Budgeting Manager

Job Summary:

The objective of this role is to oversee the financial planning, budgeting, and cost management processes for luxury residential projects. This requires a strategic thinker with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis within the luxury real estate sector, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Budget Development & Management:
    • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring alignment with project goals and financial constraints.
    • Monitor and control project expenditures, identifying and addressing variances promptly.
    • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to develop accurate cost estimates and financial forecasts.
  • Financial Planning & Analysis:
    • Conduct detailed financial analysis to assess project feasibility and profitability.
    • Prepare and present regular financial reports, highlighting key metrics and variances.
    • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
  • Cost Control & Optimization:
    • Implement cost control measures to minimize expenses and maximize value.
    • Identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising on quality or project timelines.
    • Oversee the procurement process, ensuring cost-effective sourcing of materials and services.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
    • Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure financial objectives are met.
    • Facilitate communication between departments to ensure alignment on project goals and financial targets.
    • Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
  • Compliance & Reporting:
    • Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
    • Prepare and submit reports to regulatory authorities as required.
