Job Opportunity: Technical Staff Role

This role entails designing and developing large-scale distributed applications that are architected for scale, seamlessly supporting multiple tenants and integrating with external payment processors.

Key Responsibilities
  1. We are seeking a highly experienced software development professional with 10+ years of experience in Payment Gateway development, integration, and similar areas.
  2. The ideal candidate will have expert-level knowledge of Spring, Hibernate, RESTful API, and Services. They should also be competent in designing and building Restful Services in a commercial setting.
  3. A strong background in No SQL technology, excellent communication and analytical skills, and product experience preferably in financial products are highly desirable.
  4. Ability to drive effective communication with external partners, processors, and vendors is essential.
  5. Strong time management skills and ability to work on concurrent assignments with different priorities are required.
  6. Experience with Agile methodology, great trouble shooting skills, and good decision making substantiated with data are necessary.
  7. Competence in design/implementation for reliability, availability, scalability, and performance, as well as proficiency in software engineering tools and best practices, are expected.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Java, Springboot, Microservices, System architecture, System Design, DSA, code review, HLD, LLD
  • Proficiency using presentation software to explain complex information to non-technical management personnel and other stakeholders
  • Collaborating with peers and seniors both within the team and across the organization; working with product managers using agile methodologies to deliver high-quality solutions on time
  • Working with operations teams to ensure applications and services are highly available and reliable
