Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Sales Executive to drive growth in our chemical distribution business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new customers and markets.
- Manage and grow key accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships.
- Drive sales revenue by achieving defined targets and expanding product reach.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure contracts.
- Provide technical and commercial solutions to meet customer requirements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, pipelines, and reports to management.
We require a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Business Administration, as well as minimum 5 years of sales experience in chemical distribution or industrial chemicals.
A strong network of clients in the pharma, agrochemical, coatings, adhesives, or related sectors is essential.
A proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets is also required.
Key Skills:
- Deep knowledge of chemical products and their applications.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Strong business acumen with analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work independently, with a results-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
