Job Title

We are seeking a highly driven and ambitious individual to lead multi-layered teams, emphasizing the importance of continuous learning and improvement. With an unwavering focus on execution, you will need to be highly data-driven and exhibit a high sense of ownership.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Take complete ownership of project execution, including financial management.
  2. Closely work with the product team to optimize existing projects.
  3. Handle general operations, including daily execution, driving volume, tracking progress, highlighting flags, and daily reporting.
  4. Analyze training needs and provide training.
  5. Gather feedback on a regular basis and resolve any issues.
  6. Maintain team performance to achieve key results areas (KRAs).
  7. Mentor and motivate student workforce, demonstrating strong people engagement skills.
  8. Pilot new projects.
  9. Suggest improvements in processes at every level in operations.
  10. Set goals, KPIs, and targets for team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. At least 2 years of relevant experience in managing an operations team.
  2. Proven ability to drive tightly controlled operational metrics.
  3. Strong process orientation and business acumen.
  4. Excellent people management, team building, and program management skills.
  5. A high-quality work ethic and a willingness to adapt to a dynamic environment.
  6. A higher-than-normal sense of ownership, with a clear bias for action.
  7. Relevant educational qualifications.
  8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Hindi).
