Job Description

We are seeking a High-Performance Technology Lead to join our team at Publicis Sapient. As a key member of our technology squad, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our medium to large-scale clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand client business domains and participate in projects with Digital Business Transformation (DBT) opportunities
  • Collaborate with architects to design, review, and implement solutions, working closely with clients and teams to deploy and support applications in production or near-production environments
  • Implement Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) such as security, performance, availability, resiliency, reliability, and maintainability
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 4-10 years of experience in building large-scale, high-volume, low-latency, high-availability, and complex distributed services
  • A hands-on approach to developing scalable solutions, having delivered at least 3 medium-scale projects from ground zero
  • The ability to analyze requirements, design, and implement solutions based on established patterns
  • Experience with object-oriented, SOLID, and DRY principles, reactive programming models, microservices, and event-driven solutions
  • Familiarity with enterprise security, compliance, and data security at the network and application layers
Technical Skills

You will be expected to have:

  • Extensive experience with Java language, including concurrency, multithreaded models, blocking/non-blocking IO, lambdas, streams, generics, advanced libraries, algorithms, and data structures
  • Database skills, including DDL, DML modeling, transactional scenarios, isolation levels, and experience with NoSQL and SQL-based DBs
  • Knowledge of Springboot/Spring cloud or similar frameworks for delivering complex, scalable solutions
  • A keen interest in evolving technology trends and a willingness to explore new technologies
Good to Have
  • Experience with build and automation tools, code quality plugins, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization platforms (Docker/Kubernetes)
  • Logging and monitoring solutions like Splunk, ELK, Grafana, and technical KPIs
  • Application profiling tools like jProfiler, Yourkit, Visual VM
  • Cloud platforms like AWS/GCP/Azure/PCF, messaging platforms like RabbitMQ/Kafka/cloud messaging/enterprise messaging, and distributed caching solutions like Redis/Memcache
Estimated Salary: ₹12 Lakhs - ₹18 Lakhs per annum
