Highly Experienced Software Developer Required

We are seeking a skilled software engineer with 6 to 10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Openshift Microservices, Spring Boot, Java and SQL with a strong background in the Cards & Payments domain.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using Java and Spring Boot.
- Design and implement scalable and secure applications on Openshift Cloud Platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.
- Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Participate in the entire software development lifecycle from concept and design to testing and deployment.
- Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Implement best practices for software development and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
- Develop and maintain documentation for software design and implementation.
- Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards.
- Possess a strong understanding of Openshift Cloud Platform services and architecture.
- Demonstrate proficiency in SQL and database management.
- Have extensive experience with Spring Boot and Java development.
- Show expertise in MySQL and database optimization techniques.
- Exhibit a deep understanding of the Cards & Payments domain.
- Display excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Have strong communication and collaboration abilities.
