Brand & Community Marketer Role

Qoruz is seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies that drive growth and engagement. As a Brand & Community Marketer, you will be responsible for building and nurturing a vibrant community of brand strategists, creating engaging content, and facilitating collaboration between Qoruz's internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Community Building: Identify and engage with potential community members through online forums and offline events to establish a strong foundation for our brand.
  • Content Creation: Develop and curate content that resonates with our audience, including newsletters, discussion prompts, and industry insights, to foster a sense of community and shared knowledge.
  • Event Planning: Organize and moderate virtual and in-person events, such as webinars, workshops, and networking meetups, to provide value to our community and facilitate connections.
  • Collaboration Facilitation: Establish channels for Qoruz's internal stakeholders to engage with the community, ensuring seamless collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in community management, public relations, events management, or a related field.
  • Preferably a bachelor's/master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related domain.
  • A genuine interest and sufficient knowledge in branding and marketing.
  • Experience in creating engaging conversations through virtual or offline events.
  • Excellent writing skills to craft compelling narratives and design impactful materials.

Additional Skills and Experience:

  • Ability to manage conflicts and differing opinions within the community with tact and diplomacy.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
