Public Relations Professional

This role involves working closely with internal teams to develop strategic media plans, establish and maintain relationships with key influencers, execute public relations campaigns, and ensure seamless communication throughout client projects.

  • Draft press releases and other materials aligned with client objectives and industry best practices.
  • Build and maintain comprehensive media lists, send targeted invitations, conduct follow-ups with journalists and influencers, and engage in media outreach efforts.
  • Support event planning and execution, including developing detailed checklists, managing logistics, assembling media kits, and preparing post-event reports.
  • Prepare regular progress updates, including cost-benefit analysis (CBA), daily news monitoring, work-in-progress (WIP) updates, and track the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Conduct research to support press releases, business development pitches, concept notes, and quarterly or annual plans, providing valuable insights.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries, send meeting minutes (MoMs) within 24 hours, and provide regular updates, reports, and work-in-progress status.
  • Identify relevant media opportunities, including potential award platforms for client submissions, and track industry trends and key publications.
  • Organize, assemble, and print media kits for client meetings and events to ensure all materials are prepared professionally.
  • Assist with daily PR activities to support the execution of PR plans, track deadlines, ensure timely deliverables, and maintain high-quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in PR or a media-related role.
  • Experience working with Fashion/Lifestyle or Hospitality/F&B brands is beneficial.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in social media platforms and online communication tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships.
  • Knowledge of media databases, influencers, and industry trends is advantageous.
