Luxury Marketing Leader

Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that strengthen a premium sports travel brand's position in global hospitality.

This high-visibility individual contributor role reports directly to the CEO, responsible for building and executing marketing initiatives that reinforce the company's luxury positioning.

  • Identify opportunities to create unique luxury propositions around marquee events (Olympics, FIFA, ICC, Wimbledon).
  • Define and track key performance indicators across lead generation, brand engagement, and customer acquisition.

Champion brand consistency across digital platforms with a premium, aspirational tone, overseeing storytelling, social media, website, campaigns, and partner channels.

  • Explore influencer tie-ups and collaborations in luxury, lifestyle, and sports segments.
  • Internal: Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Design, and Hospitality teams to ensure integrated campaigns drive conversions.

Lead the ideation of high-end creative content: social media campaigns, event highlight reels, newsletters, luxury travel brochures.

  • Drive thought-leadership content (whitepapers, luxury sports travel insights, brand features) to build credibility in the luxury ecosystem.
  • Partner with analytics teams to evaluate campaign ROI, performance trends, and competitor bench-marking.
