Junior Interior Designer Position Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Junior Interior Designer to lead the creation of innovative designs for our esteemed clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality designs on time and ensuring customer satisfaction.

About the Role:

  • You will collaborate with the Design Manager to craft unique design solutions that meet client expectations.
  • Your primary responsibility will be to oversee project timelines and ensure timely delivery of design projects.
  • You will be accountable for maintaining the quality and accuracy of design deliverables.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a Diploma in Interior Design or equivalent qualification is required.
  • At least two months of experience as an Interior Designer is necessary.
  • You should have hands-on experience in managing projects from inception to completion.
  • Familiarity with design tools such as AutoCAD, PPT presentation, and other industry-standard software is mandatory.
  • You must possess expertise in conceptual design (layout, style, moodboard), technical design (material knowledge, execution, and drawing preparation), and modular design (material knowledge, aesthetics & functionality, module planning).
  • Civil works and services expertise, including specifications and installation details, is also essential.
  • Possession of behavioural attributes like result-oriented, teamwork, integrity, ethics, crisp, and meaningful communication skills is highly desirable.
