Job Title: AI/ML Engineer

We are seeking a skilled AI/ML Engineer to join our team. As an expert in OCR technologies, intelligent document processing and enterprise-scale AI/ML solutions, you will design, train and deploy custom OCR models using Azure Document Intelligence and AWS Textract.

You will automate document classification and data extraction from structured/unstructured inputs, including PDFs, scanned images and invoices. Additionally, you will build multilingual OCR workflows by integrating Azure Translator and applying NLP insights using AWS Comprehend.

As a GenAI-powered solution developer, you will work with AWS Bedrock and Azure OpenAI for semantic understanding, summarization and contextual search of documents. You will also utilize AWS Rekognition for image-based document analysis and identity verification.

In this role, you will implement and optimize scalable pipelines for OCR output post-processing (JSON/CSV) using Python, Java or .NET. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored, production-grade solutions.

Our ideal candidate has at least 8 years of experience in OCR technologies, intelligent document processing and enterprise-scale AI/ML solutions. Expertise in Azure AI Services (Form Recognizer/Document Intelligence, Translator, OpenAI) and AWS AI/ML stack (Textract, Comprehend, Rekognition, Bedrock) is required. Strong coding skills in Python, Java or .NET with hands-on experience in post-processing OCR outputs are necessary.

Familiarity with AWS services (EC2, ECS, S3, Lambda, Step Functions) and Azure cloud environments is essential. Deep knowledge of document layout analysis (tables, forms, key-value pairs) and experience with NLP tools, translation APIs and GenAI model training, fine-tuning and deployment are also required.

Exposure to Consumer, Retail and Logistics domain workflows is a plus. Understanding of Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices and Git is an advantage. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are essential for this client-facing role.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent is preferred.
