We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Analyst to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional results.

As a Compliance Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our compliance programs, identifying and mitigating risks, and developing strategies to improve our regulatory posture.

You will have the opportunity to work with senior stakeholders, design and implement testing programs, and communicate findings and recommendations to management.

Responsibilities include:

- Designing and implementing testing programs to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our compliance programs

- Identifying and mitigating risks through independent risk assessment skills and strategic thinking

- Communicating findings and recommendations to management through regular dialogue and reporting

- Leading conversations with senior stakeholders on compliance matters, including issue alignment and remediation planning

- Collaborating with Compliance leadership to develop strategic initiatives and contribute to presentations to senior leadership

- Developing remediation plans to address findings and contributing to the detection and identification of emerging regulatory risks

Requirements include:

- Minimum 6 years of experience in internal audit, regulatory compliance, or a related field, preferably within the Big Four or a bank/financial institution

- Academic background with good qualifications and relevant certifications, such as Chartered Accountant, CPA, CIA, ACAMS, or MBA

- Strong internal control and validating testing skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills
