Nursing Director

Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Nursing Director to lead our dynamic nursing department. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management and supervision of a team of approximately 15 nurses, ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care and the efficient operation of the department.

About the Role:

• Lead and manage a team of nurses to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Oversee daily operations of the nursing department, including scheduling, resource allocation, and patient flow.
• Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures in accordance with best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Address patient concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (essential).
• Registered Nurse with a valid license to practice in Tanzania (or eligible for registration).
• Experience in a nursing leadership role, preferably in a hospital or health center setting.
