Job Description

A key objective of this role is to perform comprehensive security testing on web applications, internal systems, APIs, and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manual application penetration tests with a focus on identifying vulnerabilities and weaknesses in system architecture.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest attack techniques, tools, and emerging threats to ensure proactive security measures are implemented.
  • Presenting technical reports to clients, explaining the outcomes of testing and providing detailed insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate security best practices into project workflows.
  • Providing mentorship and guidance to junior security staff and fostering a culture of proactive security awareness.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in computer science or MCA, or B.E. / B. Tech from a reputable university.
  • 4-10 years of post-qualification experience with strong working knowledge on manual security code review.

Mandatory Technical & Functional Skills:

  • Strong understanding of web applications, cryptography, various operating systems, and security technologies.
  • Experience in one or more of the following: Web application penetration testing, mobile application penetration testing, application architecture, and business logic analysis.
  • Relevant certifications, such as GWAPT, OSCP, OSEP, CRTP, CRTO, OSWA.
