Job Title: Senior Infrastructure Security Specialist

About this role:

  • We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Infrastructure Security Specialist to drive the security and compliance of our on-prem GPU cloud environment.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and implementing secure infrastructure and applications using GitOps-native workflows.
  • Integrating vulnerability scanning tools such as Trivy into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Automating Kubernetes security benchmark validation and remediation workflows.
  • Defining and enforcing security policies using OPA/Gatekeeper.
  • Deploying and managing backup and disaster recovery operations for Kubernetes workloads.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure robust security controls and compliance.
  • Driving automation and innovation in security processes and tooling.
Required Skills & Experience:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 10 years of hands-on experience in infrastructure, platform automation, and systems security.
  • Strong knowledge of Python, Go, or Bash scripting, OPA Rego policy writing, and CI integration.
  • Experience with Trivy, kube-bench, Velero, and other relevant security and compliance tools.
  • Deep understanding of GitOps workflows and how to integrate security tools declaratively.
  • Solid foundation in Kubernetes internals, RBAC, pod security, and multi-tenant best practices.
Desirable Qualifications:

The following qualifications would be highly desirable:

  • Contributions to open-source security/compliance projects.
  • Experience working in regulated environments.
  • Proficiency in Linux systems administration and OS hardening.
