  • Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Arts, or equivalent, demonstrating expertise in visual communication.
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in professional design, showcasing versatility, creativity, and technical skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro), leveraging software expertise to drive design excellence.
  • Experience with 3D design, animation, and video editing, applying technical skills to enhance visual storytelling.
  • Solid knowledge of UI/UX design for web and mobile applications, ensuring intuitive user experiences.
  • Ability to create engaging interactive presentations and attractive PDFs that captivate audiences.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing experience in branding, campaigns, and corporate materials, highlighting expertise and achievements.
  • Excellent storytelling skills through design and visuals, effectively communicating brand messages and values.
  • Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written), facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
  • Experience with Figma or Sketch for prototyping, applying innovative tools to drive design efficiency.
  • Knowledge of digital illustration and infographic design, enhancing visual storytelling capabilities.
  • Experience in international campaigns with broad reach, adapting designs to diverse cultural contexts.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for collaboration with development teams, fostering cross-functional understanding.
  • Strong ability to connect strategic creativity with business goals, driving revenue growth and brand impact.
