The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of various operations within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage manpower planning and shift rostering to meet productivity targets, ensuring timely unloading/loading of vehicles.
  • Maintain compliance with standard operating procedures, facility upkeep, and 5S standards, driving metrics in respective functions.
  • Plan ad-hoc vehicle requirements based on load profiles and coordinate with fleet teams, facilitating communication between commercial, security, fleet, and last mile teams.
  • Sustain service levels and ensure performance metrics are met, mentoring team members and working towards their capability building.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and implement industry best practices in shop floor management.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and experience in operations management. A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. The selected individual will be responsible for managing a team of professionals and coordinating with other departments to achieve organizational goals.
