Seek a Senior AI Engineer to spearhead the creation of cutting-edge, personalized insights through innovative AI-powered workflows.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in RAG pipeline design and implementation, vector search, and LLM integration. Strong collaboration and communication skills are necessary for cross-functional teamwork.

This role requires hands-on experience with Python for AI workflows, including embeddings, orchestration, and optimization. Familiarity with agentic architectures is also essential.

Key Responsibilities

AI Workflows & Vector Search

  • Design and implement scalable RAG pipelines for semantic search, personalization, and contextual enrichment.
  • Build and deploy agentic AI workflows using Pinecone, LangChain/LangGraph, and custom orchestration.
  • Integrate LLM-driven features into production systems while ensuring innovation meets scalability.

Data Intelligence & Collaboration

  • Architect and optimize vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Milvus) for low-latency retrieval.
  • Work with structured/unstructured datasets for embedding, indexing, and enrichment.
  • Collaborate with data engineers on ETL/ELT pipelines to prepare data for AI applications.

Tech Stack & Required Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Python for AI workflows, basic Node.js knowledge for integration, and familiarity with AWS cloud environments.
  • Strong background in RAG pipelines, vector databases, and LLM integration.
  • Experience deploying and scaling AI features, as well as a passion for applied AI and engineering.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with embedding models, HuggingFace Transformers, or fine-tuning LLMs.
  • Knowledge of compliance frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA).
