Job Title: Risk Management Professional - NBFC

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Professional to join our team in the Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) sector. As a Risk Management Professional, you will play a critical role in ensuring the financial stability and security of the company by identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine risk exposure through detailed analysis of financial statements, market trends, and other relevant data.
  • Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to minimize potential losses.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of risk management plans.
  • Conduct regular portfolio reviews to identify areas of high risk and develop targeted interventions.
  • Analyze and interpret complex financial data to inform business decisions.
  • Work closely with credit and business teams to ensure alignment on risk tolerance and mitigation strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in risk management, preferably in the NBFC sector.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Professional certifications such as CA/CS/CFA preferred.
