Digital Product Designer

We are seeking a skilled UX Designer to join our team of experts in the financial services industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing user interfaces for responsive internal and mobile banking websites, native mobile banking application, financial mobile & tablet apps, and web applications.

• Design and Development: Designing and developing user interfaces for various banking platforms, including responsive internal and mobile banking websites, native mobile banking application, financial mobile & tablet apps, and web applications.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the design process to ensure seamless integration of design solutions.
• Development Process Participation: Participating in the development process from definition through design, build, test, release, and maintenance.
• Problem-Solving: Breaking down design problems into actionable chunks and solving them with clarity and precision.
• Staying Up-to-Date: Staying up-to-date with the latest standards, changes, and trends in mobile design.
• Graphic Design Assets: Creating graphic design assets such as website banners, event, and exhibition booth backwall designs, marketing brochures, and other corporate branding materials.

• At Least 5 Years of Experience: At least 5 years of relevant work experience in designing user interfaces for various banking platforms.
• Bachelor's Degree in IT or Computer Science: Bachelor's degree in IT or computer science.
• Banking Experience Preferred: Banking experience is preferred but not required.
• Experience in Designing Web/Mobile Applications: Experience in designing web/mobile applications.
• User Experience Design Expertise: Expertise in User Experience design, journey mapping, prototyping, UX copywriting, information architecture, Digital Transformation, and Design System.
• Agile Environment Experience: Experience working in Agile, Scrum environments.
• Deep Understanding of Mobile Platform Designs: Deep understanding of Apple's human interface design guidelines, Android design, and other mobile platform designs, including Google's material design and mobile-first concept.
• Proficiency in Design Tools: Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Experience Designer, Adobe Creative Suite, Balsamiq, Visual Studio, PowerPoint, Firefox/Chrome Developer Tools, and other relevant design tools.
• Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and AngularJS: Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and AngularJS.
• Strong Graphic Design Skills: Strong graphic design skills for creating marketing and branding collateral, including banners, booths, brochures, social media assets, and digital product design.
• Excellent Communication and Analytical Skills: Excellent communication and analytical skills.
