Graphic Designer

Our team is looking for a skilled Graphic Designer to produce high-quality visual assets that align with client briefs, brand guidelines, and our creative standards.

  • Deliver consistent visual identity across all platforms
  • Meet agreed project deadlines
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless incorporation of feedback
  • Participate in regular brainstorming sessions and design reviews
  • Utilize professional editing tools and AI to improve output

Responsibilities:

  • Design & Visualization:
    • Creating attractive designs based on briefs for social media content and other assets
    • Working closely with the marketing team to understand briefs and visualize assets to communicate ideas effectively
    • Tracking Turnaround Time (TAT) for all assigned projects
  • Moodboard Creation & Visual Tone Setting:
    • Setting the tone and direction for videos to ensure consistency and direction in video content
    • Updating editing styles, learning new techniques, and staying up-to-date with new effects and transitions
  • Research:
    • Staying current with social media trends, algorithm, and consumer psychology
    • Constant research on different editing styles for various brands
  • Teamwork & Reporting:
    • Understanding internal and client feedback to improve future work
    • Reporting to managers regularly

Growth Trajectory:

  • 0–3 Months: Deliver quality work on assigned projects, gain proficiency in processes, and build strong working relationships
  • 3–6 Months: Take on broader design assignments, offer ideas to enhance visual output, and participate actively in team brainstorming
  • 6–12 Months: Demonstrate reliability across multiple campaigns and platforms; begin mentoring newer team members or interns on design tools and agency practices
  • 12–18 Months: Progress to handling major campaigns, contribute to agency design standards, and support the Design Head with training, reviews, or special projects

Measurement Metric:

  • Client Satisfaction – Positive feedback on static quality and creativity
  • Technical Skills – Active utilization of new editing styles, tools, and AI for continuous improvement
  • Turnaround Time (TAT) -Able to reduce TAT for all projects
  • Reporting – Real-time task management and reporting compliance within project management platforms
  • Teamwork – Ability to support team members effectively during workload peaks and urgent tasks
