We are seeking a highly experienced Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) expert to join our team as an Oracle EPM Functional Consultant. This is a full-time remote contract role, where you will be working closely with our stakeholders to configure and implement Oracle EPM modules.

This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to guide our company's major decisions and ensure future profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and implement Oracle EPM modules, including Planning, PBCS etc.
  • Provide functional expertise across Oracle Financial modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, SLA).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, gather requirements, and lead workshops.
  • Drive testing, UAT, training, go-live, and post-production support.

Desired Profile:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience as end user, power user or admin of any leading Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) tools.
  • Strong understanding and knowledge of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Close and reconciliation.
  • 5+ years in Oracle Financials (Cloud/EBS).
  • Hands-on experience with reporting tools: Smart View, FRS, OTBI, BI Publisher.

Preferred Skills:

  • Chartered accountant or MBA finance or background in finance.
  • Oracle certifications (EPM or Financials).
  • Background in Manufacturing, Energy, or Services domain.
