Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Community Building Manager to lead our community initiatives and drive member satisfaction. This involves organizing events, working with local businesses, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and execute community initiatives such as events to build relationships between members.
  • Introduce new members to our community of professionals.
  • Manage billing, check-ins/check-outs for hourly or day-pass members.
  • Conduct tours for potential new members.
  • Attend to member needs and resolve issues promptly.
  • Manage membership waiting lists and ensure all members are enrolled on our app.
  • Proactively gather data on members' business objectives and identify services that can help achieve their goals.
  • Supervise in-building events for compliance with house rules and escalate issues as needed.

Operations:

  • Work with operations teams to ensure operational efficiency and cleanliness of our spaces.
  • Assist the community manager in building policies for guest registration, security, and building procedures.
  • Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the community manager.
  • Liaise with facilities & IT support teams to resolve member issues.
  • Conceptualize and roll-out initiatives that promote our community.
  • Liaise with communications, marketing & technology teams to ensure digital/email/print communications are conceptualized and go-live prior to events.
  • Implement new initiatives, policies, and processes to improve operational efficiency and create stronger, more engaged communities.

Sales & Marketing:

  • Limit desk vacancies by ensuring operational efficiency through enhanced member experience.
  • Work with our marketing team to ensure required visibility for our location.
  • Ensure each community member lead is managed with utmost care and in line with our sales process.
  • Focusing on driving auxiliary revenue streams including meeting rooms, day passes, virtual office, event spaces, etc.
  • Conduct research on potential members and develop tailored marketing strategies and materials based on such research.
  • Promote members' offerings across our platform (DMS, print, Connect app, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2+ Years
  • Qualification: Bachelor Degree
