Job Opportunity

We are seeking a driven Business Growth Specialist to lead our sales efforts and expand business relationships.

  • Familiarity with Business Development and Sales, particularly in Staff Augmentation and IT Outsourcing
  • Proven sales experience with direct customers in the US, UK, and APAC regions
  • Ability to respond promptly to any issues affecting sales performance
  • Responsibility for hiring, onboarding, and training new team members in the sales department
  • Tracking and analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Implementing outbound campaigns (phone calls, emails, etc.) to create sales opportunities

Main Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Develop and present customized proposals tailored to each client's specific needs
    • Maintaining excellent customer service through regular client follow-up
    • Fostering rapport with key decision-makers
    • Translating proposals into ready-to-sign contracts
    • Attending networking events to research and connect with potential clients
  • Negotiating with clients to secure favorable prices
  • Reviewing client feedback and implementing necessary adjustments
