Emergent Investment Opportunities

The High-Intensity Program is an exclusive invite-only program for exceptional talent at the intersection of technology, investing, and the Web3 revolution.

Over 6 months, participants will work as embedded members of the investment team, gaining front-row access to deal flow from some of the most promising startups in the region and globally.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Conducting market analysis, primary and secondary research on different domains under web3 ecosystem, authoring deeply analysed thematic reports
  • Spot tomorrow's web3 unicorns today by researching and building theses on emerging Web3 trends.
  • Track adoption of blockchain across non-crypto industries, identifying high-impact crossover opportunities.
  • Source, qualify, and evaluate startups using both top-down and bottom-up approaches.
  • Lead deep-dive diligence on product, technology, market, and founding teams.
  • Craft compelling investment memos and present directly to the Investment Committee.
  • Support negotiations and deal execution with founders, investors, and ecosystem partners.
  • Work closely with portfolio companies to help them integrate Web3 capabilities and scale faster.
  • Represent at top-tier conferences, closed-door investor gatherings, and founder communities.
  • Publish articles on emerging Web3 themes to position yourself and your career as an authority in the space.
  • Conduct comprehensive diligence (product, people, technology, market) to maximise investment success.

Requirements:

This program is designed for high-caliber, high-conviction individuals who want to build a career in venture capital or launch a Web3 venture.

  • 1+ years' experience in a venture capital, investment firm, top-tier consulting, or a high-impact role in a crypto-native startup or fresh graduates with strong academic backgrounds along with entrepreneurial experience or a deep project in Internships / freelance roles.
  • Deep understanding of crypto ecosystems, particularly in developer growth, community, and protocol positioning.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects, juggle multiple stakeholders, and deliver on tight timelines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High degree of ownership, attention to detail, and operational discipline.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-transparency, and high-trust environment.
  • Bonus: Experience organising Web3 events, building internal operations playbooks, or supporting go-to-market teams.
