We are seeking a skilled Training and Development Specialist to join our team.

  • About the Role
    • This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to design and implement customer service and behavioural training programs that meet the needs of our organisation.
  • Key Responsibilities
    • Design, develop, and deliver customized training programs based on training needs analysis.
    • Ensure quality initiatives objectives are included in program design.
    • Manage and maintain the annual training calendar for all units, including behavioural and functional trainings.
    • Deliver engaging and impactful training sessions that inspire and influence participants to create a learning culture.
    • Evaluate training effectiveness through robust feedback mechanisms and monitor patient feedback and NPS across the group.

    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
