Job Title: Site Architect with minimum 8 years experience and Draftsman

We are seeking an experienced Site Architect with a strong background in architectural design to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in the field, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Architectural design on a day-to-day basis
  • Site coordination and resolving site challenges proactively
  • Working drawings and detailing
  • Good understanding of building services and coordination
  • Proficiency in design software such as Cad, Sketchup, Revit, BIM
  • Able to prepare architectural reports and documents

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Architecture and Architectural Design skills
  • Strong communication, Leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Experience in sustainable design practices is a plus
