Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Chartered Accountant to join our Transaction Services team as a Manager. This is a key role within the firm, responsible for leading financial due diligence engagements and identifying key transaction issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead complex financial due diligence engagements and identify key transaction issues
  • Prepare high-quality transaction reports and review sections compiled by junior team members
  • Manage smaller assignments independently or assist on larger ones under Partner supervision
  • Build credibility with clients and represent Transaction Services in deal discussions
  • Maintain professional networks with senior/mid-level contacts for future business opportunities
  • Support proposals, business development, and practice development initiatives
  • Manage, mentor, and provide feedback to junior staff
  • Ensure risk management and compliance documentation is completed as per firm standards
  • Contribute to team morale and a collaborative work environment

Desired Candidate Profile:
  • Qualification: Chartered Accountant
  • Experience: 5-8 years in Transaction Services / Financial Due Diligence / Audit or Accounting firms
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and report writing skills
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments, tight deadlines, and client demands
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; IFRS knowledge preferred
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Ability to work under pressure and willingness to travel (domestic & international)
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead teams and engage with clients
