Job Description:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in analytics and data science, with experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industries. They will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement, and developing actionable recommendations to drive business outcomes.

This role requires a high degree of autonomy, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in analytics-based organizations or pharmaceutical companies
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving approach
  • Experience working in an international company with exposure to cross-cultural environments
  • Customer service-oriented and consultative solution delivery
