Senior Printed Circuit Board Designer

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Senior PCB Design Engineer to play a pivotal role in the development of cutting-edge Drone solutions.

Job Summary

We require an experienced Senior PCB Design Engineer with a solid background in Schematic and Layout design, Validation, board bring up, and debugging.

  • Design complex multilayer PCB layouts up to 6-12 layers in mixed signal designs.
  • Experience in High-speed Mixed signals, HDI Boards.
  • Handle BGAs with Blind and buried via techniques.
  • Knowledge of latest interfaces like USB, ETHERNET, CAN etc.
  • Differential routing, Length matching routing, Impedance routing, and minimizing EMI/EMC problems.
  • DFM & DFA Analysis, Gerber & ODB++ Checking, and IPC standard compliance.
  • Schematic Designing, schematic symbols, and PCB footprint approvals.
  • Allegro tool for schematic design entry and layout reviews.
  • Board bring ups, debugging, and testing.
  • UART, I2C, LCD, SPI, QSPI, CSI2, CAN communication expertise.
  • BOM approval and release management.
  • Component selection for schematic designs.
  • Mentor junior engineers and participate in design/code reviews.

Required Skills

  • A proven track record of successful production-level PCBs.
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
  • Industrial PCB design tools and flow knowledge.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD workflows.
  • 10+ years of experience.
  • B.Tech/M.Tech in Electronics and Communication.
