Job Opportunity: Deployment Officer

We're seeking a skilled and resourceful individual to fill the role of Deployment Officer. This position requires strong technical expertise, exceptional customer engagement skills, and the ability to deliver world-class solutions and support.

In this role, you'll work on a global software-as-a-service (SaaS) product trusted by thousands of restaurants worldwide. You'll lead deployments, onboard new customers, and provide training to ensure seamless integration with our product.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing a deep understanding of our software products and services
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for customers
  • Configuring customer accounts to meet their specific needs
  • Leading onboarding and deployment activities at customer sites
  • Conducting training sessions for restaurant staff
  • Providing remote and on-site support to ensure high availability for your portfolio of customers
  • Troubleshooting user issues and collaborating with engineering teams to resolve complex problems
  • Escalating critical issues promptly and coordinating with internal teams for resolution
  • Communicating effectively with users in clear, friendly, and professional language
