Job Overview:

As an Export Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of export operations. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate with sales teams to plan shipments based on customer requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Review daily stock levels and release the daily invoicing plan accordingly
  • Prepare pre-export and post-export documents
  • Coordinate with manufacturing sites for shipment movement
  • Negotiate freight rates with forwarders
  • Ensure seamless shipping processes with forwarders, transporters, and custom brokers
  • Inform customers about shipment details
  • Verify and submit post-shipment documents to banks within the stipulated timeframe
  • Handle customer queries and audit-related inquiries
  • Expertise in handling LCL and FCL shipments
  • Knowledge of preparing documents under Letter of Credit and LC Clause
  • Proficient in working on ERP systems (TCS ION/SAP HANA)
  • Prepare Certificate of Origin/GSP, Insurance certificate, and bank realization certificates
  • Liaise with shipping companies and custom brokers
  • Generate MIS reports and monitor IDPMS and EDPMS open transactions

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in any field
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in export coordination executive level
  • Excellent communication skills
